MEDINA, Ohio, October 25, 2005 - Corrpro Companies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CRRP) announced today that Joseph P. Lahey, Chief Executive Officer and President, will be leaving the Company.

The Company also announced that James A. Johnson will serve as acting Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Johnson has been Chairman of Corrpro's Board of Directors since March 2004. Mr. Johnson is a Principal of Wingate Partners III, L.P., which holds a controlling interest in Corrpro. The Company will immediately begin a search for a new Chief Executive Officer and President.
