Specific Expertise:
Under contract A, Corrpro performs QA inspections during coating applications on U.S. Navy ships. QA inspections are performed in accordance with Navy Standard Items 009-32 and Naval Ships Technical Manuals Chapter 631 and 634. Over the past three years Corrpro has performed QA inspections on over 200,000 square feet of steel on U.S. Navy ships. Effort on this contract is led by Candice Langaster who is a National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) certified coatings inspector and has over 6 years experience.

Under contract B, Corrpro supported Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) with coating system assessments of tank exteriors at Naval Amphibious Base (NAB) and Naval Operations Base (NOB) in Norfolk, VA. Coating systems were analyzed by a Corrpro certified NACE Inspector using standardized tests to determine coating adhesion properties and provided coating repair methods.
