Specific Expertise:
Under contract A, Corrpro provided Program Support for the Army Acquisition Pollution Prevention Support Office. The support included: Planning, programming and budgeting of Army ozone depleting chemicals (ODC) elimination projects; Monitoring trial ODC elimination programs; Monitoring the Army's program to transform to a lighter force with rapid deployment capabilities specifically monitoring equipment planned for the new Brigade Combat Teams to ensure new requirements for halon are not introduced; Monitor ODC elimination activities in industry, other services and federal agencies, and providing technical evaluations and assessments; Providing technical assistance on ODC issues to installations, user organizations and Program Manager; Monitoring the Strategic ODC Reserve, which is operated for the Army by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA); Maintaining and updating statistical information that serves as the basis for the estimates for the quantities of Class I ODCs that remain in use by the Army.

Under contract B A2Z performs specific information techcnology and program management support task relative to Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) focusing on maintaining continuity of ship design, systems engineering and related cost factors. Overall efforts are concerned with monitoring factors related to technical performance, productivity, operability and supportability of configuration management, design control, weapons system acquisition, logistics support, and material management. A2Z also compiles, analyzes and evaluates data related to various elements of logistics support for ships and equipments to discern trends and systemic support issues. A2Z also develops supply reports for equipments and ship program problems, addressing problem definition, root cause and recommended corrective action if systemic problems are discovered.
